Not too much Ginger and not too much Reaper make this a favorite Spicy hot sauce on any rice dish, sea food, fish and pork. Don't get us wrong, there is still enough sting from the Reaper pepper, but not so much it takes over the delicious flavor of this great tasting sauce!All of our hot sauces, salsa's, BBQ and other condiments are made by us, the owners of the company, which include my wife, my son and myself.
